Date Posted: June 19, 2012

Grain Millers, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the milling business of ENRECO, Inc., one of North America’s premiere suppliers of conventional and organic flaxseed products to the food and nutritional products industries.

ENRECO, based in Newton, Wisconsin, supplies high quality flaxseed products processed through a unique proprietary stabilization method that provides a validated 5-log kill step.

“This is an ideal acquisition for Grain Millers.

“We’ve worked with ENRECO for years as a customer and supplier and have first-hand knowledge of the strength of this business.

"We are thrilled to welcome ENRECO’s employees to the Grain Millers team and look forward to building on ENRECO’s existing successes.”
