Paul Batz, CEO and Founder of Good Leadership Enterprises, Author
A grain company can only create and deploy a succession plan if it has valuable employees that endure.
Those employees ultimately turn into the company’s succession plan.
In this session, attendees will define a succession plan start to finish, including planning time frames and strategies for implementation.
Closing Discussion Panel
New this year is a distinctive closing session. Workshop speakers, along with industry experts, will participate in a discussion panel.
Attendees will ask questions and use cell phone polling technology.
The panel will allow participants to process conference information in a broader sense and apply it directly to their company.
The workshop also features a networking reception on Tuesday evening, and networking breaks throughout the day on Wednesday.
For many attendees, the networking is one of the most valuable aspects of the event.
“It’s tough to beat an opportunity to spend time networking with decision makers outside of a facility setting,” said Mike Stratis, Cleveland Vibrator Company, after attending the event last year.
“Events like this give you an opportunity to learn more about the person, and not just the contact at that company.”
