As part of AlgoDyne's new focus, this component represents the final tier in providing a retail component to its Eco-Energy initiatives.

These mobile stations will provide consumers access to either or both bioDiesel products and future ethanol products in a low-cost, environmentally friendly infrastructure.

JME (www.jmesales.com) is a full-service provider to the eco-fuel industry and has a successful operation and history in providing a full suite of services to the eco-fuels industry.

This LOI commits to forming a contract between the two companies within 30 days and the determination of jurisdictional exclusivity.

AlgoDyne now has completed three key relationship initiatives that allow the company to capture markets in the demand for wholesale and retail products and services, including e-commerce fulfillment, in the concept of eco-fuels.

It has further established these agreements with the intent of fulfilling a need in eco-friendly gas stations across Canada and areas in the United States.
