AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Intends to Market AGR Energy Biodiesel Processors

Las Vegas, NV -- AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Inc. ) announced May 11 that it has successfully signed its second Letter of Intent (LOI) with a manufacturer of the BioPro 190 and BioPro 380 Automated Biodiesel Processor – AGR Energy.

AGR Energy is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the BioPro series of automated biodiesel processors for individual and small-scale commercial use - widely recognized as the ultimate in small- to mid-scale biodiesel production processing equipment.

This LOI commits to forming a contract between the two companies within 30 days and the determination of jurisdictional exclusivity including the provision of a service center by AlgoDyne for the BioPro series equipment.

By successfully completing discussions and negotiating a mutually beneficial business relationship with AGR and Utah Biodiesel(announced on May 9,) the Company anticipates it will have access to a broad range of equipment, products and accessories and intends to offer these products through a new e-commerce solution and sales force, with the first market being in Canada and soon, expansion internationally.
