Behlen Names Roger Hiesterman Customer Service Coordinator, IDP-Ag

Behlen is proud to announce Roger Hiesterman has accepted the position of Customer Service Coordinator for Ag.
In his new role, Roger will be the communication link between Behlen and our Ag customers - domestic and export.
This includes coordinating customer orders and shipping schedules, responding to sales and service issues, providing technical information and support, and working with Purchasing to maintain a diverse supplier base.
Roger brings more than seven years of experience at Behlen to this new position.
Roger began his career in Inside Sales for Behlen Country, where he gained valuable knowledge and skills at working with a dealer network.
Most recently, Roger held the position of Inside Sales and Service/Account Manager for Ag, where he learned the Ag business and developed relationships with many customers.
Roger earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Industry from Kansas State University.
When asked about what he hopes to gain in this new role, Roger said, "I hope to add to my knowledge of how the whole order process works, from order placement all the way through production, with the end result being a satisfied customer."
He plans to use his understanding of the needs of the customer to help them get the best product to meet their needs.
When asked what he's looking forward to most, he said, "Learning and taking on new challenges and working with the other business units in coordinating loads to the dealers."
Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, Joey, and their two daughters.
He also enjoys hunting and fishing.
