Milford, IN—Brent Bloemendaal has been named Engineering Manager for Grain Conditioning Products, according to Doug Niemeyer, Vice President and General Manager of Brock Grain Systems. Bloemendaal is responsible for the development of Brock’s full line of grain conditioning and drying products, including dryers, fans and heaters. Bloemendaal began his career with Brock Grain Systems in 1995 as director of engineering of all grain conditioning products at the company’s Frankfort, IN, manufacturing plant. In recent years, he has held the position of engineering manager specializing in low-profile grain dryers. Prior to his employment with Brock, Bloemendaal had experience as a research and development manager for a grain industry-related company as well as being a project leader, senior staff engineer and hydraulics liaison engineer in the automotive industry. A graduate of South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD, Bloemendaal received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He currently resides in Zionsville, IN.
