Minneapolis, MN—CMC Industrial Electronics Ltd, just made its industry leading HazMon systems even better by introducing AdaptaNet - a fully automatic fault detection and isolation system for HazMon networks.
AdaptaNet is the world’s first automatic fault detection system for HazMon networks.
It immediately detects and isolates a faulty sensor from the network without the faulty sensor disrupting the whole network.
Detection time is immediate and the system is instantly back and operating normally with the faulty sensor isolated from the bus network.
CMC’s intrinsically safe systems are plug-and-play making it very easy to replace faulty sensors and resume safe operation immediately – no special tools or training required.
AdaptaNet is a drop in replacement for CMC’s tough, water resistant NEMA 4X field interconnect boxes.
As a result, CMC’s hardened digital network is less susceptible to water ingress leading to nuisance alarms, has a lower cost to install with the HazMon-in-a-box kits, and has a lower cost of ownership than legacy systems.
