CMC Industrial Electronics President Douglas Forst announced July 8 that the Burnaby, BC, Canada company was launching the American division of CMC, CMC Industrial Electronics USA, Inc.

Bob Reis has been named the company's vice president of U.S. operations

Reis has over two decades of experience working in the operations space for major food, pharmaceutical and energy companies.

"CMC's digital 1-wire hazard monitoring system is the future for providing safety & technology to the grain industry, and I'm excited to be a part of this growing company." said Reis.
