C.W. Brabender Instruments Welcomes Dr. Jayne Bock to Food Division of Brabender Group

South Hackensack, NJ—C.W. Brabender® Instruments, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Jayne Bock to the staff of the Brabender® Group of companies.
Her esteemed career and extensive experience in food and grain science will be an outstanding addition to Brabender® GmbH & Co KG and will be a tremendous benefit to C.W. Brabender® Instruments, Inc. through our worldwide corporate synergy between all companies within the Brabender® Group.
Dr. Jayne Bock is recognized industry wide as a truly valuable scientific mind in food and grain science and her well documented career is known throughout the food industry.
She was most recently a Post-Doctoral Fellow for the Department of Food Science at the University of Guelph and brings many years of significant experience and expertise in food science research and development to C.W. Brabender® Instruments, Inc. in her role within the Brabender® Group.
Dr. Bock is a current member many important industry societies including the AACCI and IFT.
She has received numerous honors from AACCI and IFT, among others, and has sat on several important committees in the past.
Dr. Jayne Bock obtained her Ph.D. in Food Science with a minor in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011.
She achieved her Masters in Food Science as well as her B.S. in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University.
Dr. Bock is a published author of many important articles, posters and oral presentations that continually further the advancement of food and grain science within the industry.
Her extensive research and teaching experience is a celebrated and welcomed addition to the C.W. Brabender® Instruments family of highly skilled employees.
Dr. Bock continues to be an active member of several important industry research projects while being responsible for furthering the research and development efforts of the Brabender® Group with our extensive line of laboratory scale food testing instruments through her employment.
