HyPower Announces ASTM Biodiesel Standards Met at Prototype Plant

Wilmington, DE—HyPower Fuel Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYPF) is pleased to announce that over the past few months it has been testing a variety of feedstocks with its cutting edge biodiesel technology and has successfully met ASTM standards using its prototype plant.

Mr. Douglas Bender, President of HyPower, commented that “It is extremely important for HyPower to consistently meet ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) Biodiesel Standard D6751 as this removes one of the conditions precedent in the contracts that we are currently negotiating for the use of our process.

"Having achieved this benchmark and its European equivalent (EN14214) moves us one step closer to assuring that we will commence building multiple plants this year.”

Mr. Bender went on to say that “we will now send our test samples away to an independent laboratory to verify our internally generated results and will provide the details of this additional level of testing within the next two weeks.”
