Vice President, Operations Los joined the Interstates team in 2001 as Interstates was expanding its project delivery team. Los' skills as a change agent have been key in successfully leading the Interstates Construction team through a number of important project delivery initiatives. Currently, Van Voorst’s role is executive sponsorship of projects for a key set of client and partner relationships while building the next generation of project managers and field leaders. Vice President, Project Delivery McDaniel started his career at Interstates in 1973 after completing a two year electronic program at Mitchell Vocational Technical College. McDaniel built his reputation as a project leader traveling throughout the country during the formative years of IC’s growth. Since accepting the position as project manager in Sioux Center in 1992, McDaniel has continued to build the Interstates brand by serving clients and coaching a new generation of project managers and field leaders.
