Skokie, IL –- Midland Manufacturing, a maker of railroad tank car safety valves and equipment and a division of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, announces the appointment of Erica Gordon and Michael Santangelo as Customer Service Representatives.
In their new roles, Santangelo and Gordon will be responsible for handling order entry, expediting and quotations for Midland customers.
“With this expansion of Midland’s Customer Service Department, our customers should see immediate results with one-on-one attention,” said Kevin Cook, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Midland Manufacturing.

Gordon moves into a full-time customer service position with Midland after working part-time for the company for the past three months.
