Bar Harbor, ME--Soyatech LLC announces that Founder and President Peter Golbitz has been elected to the board of directors of the new World Soy Foundation (WSF). A program of World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH), the foundation is dedicated to sustainable nutrition for all, envisioning a world where people will have adequate nutrition to survive and thrive. WSF works with private voluntary and non-governmental organizations to deliver soy protein and nutrition education to people who need it around the world. Projects sponsored by WSF include complementary foods for children six to 36 months, school feeding programs, and soy nutritional services. "I am honored to be a part of an organization that has such far-reaching impact on world hunger," said Golbitz. "I look forward to working with the board and World Soy Foundation team and to helping them work towards extending the benefits of soy and good nutrition to the world's hungry."
