Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the order applications are received (last year's exhibitors received the show information on Monday, so some spots already are reserved).

Don't wait, because the spots perceived as most desirable will go very quickly!
I expect the show to sell out quickly again this year -- don't be shut out!
Per the floor plan, the Exhibit Hall will be located in Sections 1-5 of the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the J.W. Marriott in Indianapolis.
Conference sessions will be conducted immediately adjacent to the show in Sections 6-10 of the Grand Ballroom -- the section that backs up against the 100s row of exhibit spaces.
The "daisies" in the middle of the floor plan simply represent the food/beverage area -- the actual layout of tables will be different.
Receptions on Sun. and Mon. evenings, breakfast on Mon., and the big buffet lunch on Mon. will be conducted in the show.
Food service and a relatively small amount of lunch seating will be in the Grand Ballroom, with most seating for the buffet lunch in pre-function space outside the Grand Ballroom.
Access to the Grand Ballroom is gained from the lobby via escalators shown on the far right of the floor plan and from guest rooms via elevators to the right of the Ballroom as shown on the plan.
Doors to the show will be opened along the right side of the hall and along the bottom of the hall, as shown on the diagram.
