River Consulting Names Greg DiFrank President and Vince Dimsa Executive Vice President/CFO

Columbus, OH—River Consulting, a management, consulting and engineering company recognized by Engineering News-Record as a Top 500 firm, has named Gregory DiFrank (top) as President and Vince S. Dimsa (bottom) as Executive Vice President/CFO.

Prior to assuming their current positions in May 2008, both served as key members of River’s executive office.

DiFrank’s tenure spans 16 years and includes sponsorship and management of multi-million dollar national projects, team coordination and leadership, and strategic business development initiatives that have contributed to company growth and sustainability. Dimsa began his career at River in 1999.

Prior to that time, Dimsa was the President of Trimark Engineers/Constructors, Inc., a consulting practice located in Pittsburgh, PA that was subsequently acquired by River.

He leads River’s financial community and strategic planning efforts utilizing 30+ years of experience in the A/E field, including business planning, budgeting and performance metrics as well as contracts management, program and project management, and design engineering.

DiFrank and Dimsa are both registered Professional Engineers.

DiFrank, who earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, serves as a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Instrument Society of America, and Portland Cement Association.

Dimsa is an active member of the Engineering Society of Western Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
