Her responsibilities will include assisting customers worldwide with technical specifications and capabilities of our products, answering customers’ questions about replacement and add-on parts for our existing products in the field, and helping customers with all aspects of their orders.
Lisa will demonstrate an important part of the Sweet Sales team’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Lisa is an established customer service professional with several years of proven sales and customer service experience in both domestic and international markets.
She has previous experience in the fastener and automotive sectors, having worked for a leading fastener manufacturer.
Lisa has a proven ability to apply her strong problem solving skills and experience to provide added value and overall customer satisfaction.
