Texas A & M University to Hold 78th Annual Short Course April 11-13 in Omaha, NE

College Station, TX—The Food Protein R&D Center at Texas A&M, and the International Oil Mill Superintendents Association will offer annual the Oil Mill Operators short course April 11-13, 2010 in Omaha, NE.

Course organizer Rich Clough states, "This is our second straight year looking at issues impacting sustainability, which is always a timely topic, but is even more so given the sluggish economy, changing global markets, and challenging environmental issues.

"We have assembled an outstanding lineup of speakers who will address the diversity of ways any company can improve its operations and competitiveness.”

This day-and-a-half short course moves to different cities each year to encourage attendance from regional processing facilities.

Clough notes “It doesn’t get much better than to have the privilege of holding the technical sessions at Ag Processing's corporate headquarters.
