Vander Velde Named President of Interstates Instrumentation

Sioux Center, IA–-The Interstates Companies has promoted Monte Vander Velde to president of Interstates Instrumentation.

Vander Velde joined Interstates in 1994 and was most recently the general manager of Interstates Instrumentation.

Vander Velde is a professional engineer with experience in plant engineering, automation, and instrumentation.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Northwestern College, in Orange City, IA, and his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Vander Velde performed an integral role in launching Interstates Instrumentation as a separate company in 2006.

As the president, he will be responsible for leading the Interstates Instrumentation team, setting direction, and implementing strategy.
