Wally Cisowski Joins Engineered Storage Products Co. as General Manager

DeKalb, IL—Engineered Storage Products Company (ESPC) announced May 8 the appointment of Walter E. Cisowski as its new General Manager.

"The addition of Wally to our team will provide leadership to achieve the growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals we have established at Engineered Storage Products Company," said Ronald L. Stier, CEO of CST Industries, parent of Engineered Storage Products Company.

Most recently, Cisowski was COO and CFO for Kingway Inca Clymer Material Handling, one of the largest manufacturers of industrial storage rack systems in the United States.

Previously, he was President and COO for Appliance Controls Group located in Sugar Grove, IL.

Cisowski has significant knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Stier added, and holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Cisowski and his family reside near Atlanta and are relocating to the DeKalb area in the near future.

Other New Hires at ESPC

Gregory M. Keough has joined ESPC as manufacturing engineering manager.

Previously, Keough was an Industrial Engineer with UNARCO Material Handling, Acworth, GA, where he established Lean Manufacturing.

Keough brings experience in general management, manufacturing management and business development to ESPC.

While at UNARCO, he increased roll forming capabilities, improved cut-off operations, reduced scrap and downtime, upgraded structural fabrication capabilities and improved powder coating capacity using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Jake Young has been hired as glassline supervisor.

Previously, Young was with United Parcel Service as its Addison, IL, center operation supervisor, directly responsible for management of its 50 sort and load employees and 60 drivers.

Young is an industrial engineer with experience in logistical planning, process improvement and operations management.

Andrew S. Peterson is ESPC's new unloader assembly and machine shop supervisor.

Previously, Peterson was vice president of production for Thermashell Technologies, Sycamore, IL.

At Thermashell Technologies, Peterson was responsible for hiring, training and supervising workers for the company's office and manufacturing floor, maintained and updated all machines and electronics, purchased raw materials for final product manufacturing and created new materials and methods to increase productivity.
