In September, Hamer-Fischbein introduced the 600 Series high-speed sewing system for automation. Available in both tape sew and plain sew, the 600 Series is designed to keep up with bagging production lines operating at 80-plus bags per minute, a significant increase over current systems.
“The 600 Series sewing systems are servo-driven, so they’re not only fast, but with the elimination of the clutch and brake, they’re also easy to use and maintain,” says Distribution Sales Manager for North America Gordon Penman. “These systems are perfect for large, national producers who are unable to optimize their high-volume production lines because their sewing system components can’t run quickly enough to keep up with the rest of the production line.”
Minimized Vibration
“The 600 Series features a high-speed sew head and heavy-duty stand to minimize vibration,” adds Penman. “The takeaway is greater sewing accuracy even at high and variable speeds.”
