Dr. Charles Hurburgh is a professor of agricultural and biosystems engineering at Iowa State University and is widely recognized as a leading expert in the area.
He was interviewed by Editor Ed Zdrojewski for the July/August Grain Journal in early July on the quality outlook of the 2019 corn and soybean crops in the Midwest following the extraordinarily wet spring.
