Minneapolis, MN - MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), reports that yesterday, August 24th was the 11th best day in the history of the Exchange for total volume with 26,343 contracts traded.

At the close of market, open interest finished at 77,843 contracts.
