Sweet continues its legacy of quality with the announcement of its new Flite-Veyor® Low Profile Drag Conveyor on August 3. The LP Conveyor expands on Sweet’s current offerings which include Flite-Veyor® Flat Bottom and Round Bottom Drag Conveyors, Formed Channel and Enclosed Belt Conveyors, and Quick-Key® Spool Belt Conveyors.
The new conveyor is designed for capacities up to 7,750 BPH (198 MTPH) and provides a new conveyor option to run under the bin floor with our Bantam, Atom, Apollo, Duke, and Prince model Silver-Sweet® Bucket Elevators. Available in 1012 and 1812 models, it is easy to install and maintain. The new Flite-Veyor® Low Profile Drag Conveyor ships with preassembled trough sections to reduce installation time. It is made of heavy-duty 10 gauge galvanized construction with a 3/16” AR 200 bottom and includes premium components like Dodge bearings and pintle chain. Our unique design features a curve return bottom, machined UHMW shaft lip seals, a 15° curve with chain guide, and a guarded tail shaft. The Low Profile Drag Conveyor could be packaged with a gear motor or V-belt drive. Many options are available to tailor this conveyor for your particular application.
