CTB, Inc. Names Jack Stambaugh Vice President, General Manager For Brock Grain Systems

Milford, IN — Jack Stambaugh has been named vice president and general manager for Brock Grain Systems, according to Victor A. Mancinelli, chairman and chief executive officer for CTB, Inc.

In his new role, Stambaugh will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Brock Grain Systems through the oversight of sales, manufacturing and the company’s extensive worldwide network of independent dealers and distributors.

Stambaugh was previously CTB’s Chief Marketing Officer and will be retaining some of those corporate responsibilities.

He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, product development, business development and general management spanning several industries.

Prior to joining CTB, he served as vice president and general manager of a composites manufacturer supplying the recreational vehicle industry.

In addition, Stambaugh draws experience from several other companies, including document management solutions, cash handling equipment and energy services solutions, as well as food and beverage products.

Stambaugh’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA.

He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree earned from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL, and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

He currently resides in Winona Lake, Indiana.
