Council Bluffs, IA — The 2022 Midwest Ag Safety Director’s Association will host its annual Safety Leadership Conference Jan. 4 to 6 at the Mid-America Conference Center in Council Bluffs, IA.
The theme this year is, LEVERAGE YOUR INFLUENCE – A Winning Strategy to Strengthen Safety Culture.
The speakers for this year's conference are Candace Carnahan, a safety advocate who lost her leg at the age of 21 in a preventable workplace accident; Ron "Gus" Gustafson, a safety advocate who lost his right arm in a childhood farm accident; Michelle Ray, a speaker, entrepreneur, author, and educator focused on leadership and accountability skills; and Scott Mautz, author of Amazon No. 1 bestseller "Leading from the Middle" and other award-winning titles and former Procter & Gamble senior executive.
