Marubeni Repositions Gavilon Fertilizer For New Growth

Savannah, GA — Gavilon Fertilizer today (Jan. 26) announced its corporate restructuring under Marubeni Americas.

With the sale of Gavilon's grain and ingredient business, Gavilion Fertilizer is poised to build upon the success it has built in the wholesale crop nutrient industry since 1978.

Effective April 1, Gavilon Fertilizer is pleased to announce that it has promoted Ryan Burke to COO and Executive Vice President of Strategy; promoted David Rizik to CFO, promoted Ryan Solti as the new Treasurer; promoted Matt Benda to Senior Director of Operations; and Tomomi Otsuka will take on the role of CAO.

Also, effective immediately, Ron Cardenas has been hired as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance.
