Daily production of fuel ethanol stayed above 1 million barrels for the 10th consecutive week, according to data released today by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Production averaged 1,021,000 barrels per day for the week ending July 22, compared to 1,034,000 barrels per day the week before.
This represents a decrease of about 1%.
Weekly ending stocks also declined slightly to 23.328 million barrels from 23.553 million barrels week-to-week.
