The NGFA and Kansas State University partner to conduct training courses to assist animal food facilities in complying with requirements established by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
The latest addition to the Preventive Controls for Animal Food Course is scheduled for Nov. 8-10 in Manhattan, KS.
The course is appropriate particularly for those individuals responsible for developing animal food safety plans and seeking accredited hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) training.
NGFA Senior Vice President for Feed Dave Fairfield helps lead the course.
Earlier courses this year were held on Feb. 22-24 and Aug. 23-25.
