Ocean Park Advises Green Plains on Sale of Atkinson Ethanol Plant

Green Plains Inc. closed on the sale of its 55 million gallon ethanol plant located in Atkinson, Nebraska. The purchaser and financial terms were not disclosed.

Ocean Park acted as exclusive financial advisor to Green Plains on the transaction.

While the Nebraska ethanol plant is changing hands, it will continue producing renewable fuel in 2023. The move comes as demand for low carbon fuels grows nationwide.
