Morton, IL — Larry Estep has joined 4B Components Ltd. as Electronics Division Sales Manager, bringing his unique brand of customer success strategies and expertise to the industry.

Estep’s career includes time in customer success and product management with Hexagon AB, Tucson, AZ, as well as more than 20 years of commercial and product management with Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, IL.
He holds a degree in business from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Bradley University.
In his new role as sales manager, Estep will drive sales generation, new customer development and support.
