Mole•Master Services Corporation developed the Arch•Master™ Portable Auger System in 1989. According to Project Manager/Coordinator Nat Miller, this time-tested system has been continuously improved and is used to drill holes/flow channels inside silos to address bridged grain.

“The solid-flighted auger comes with interchangeable 3-inch, 6-inch, and 10-inch bits so customers can make a hole, followed by progressively larger holes until the material flows smoothly,” explains Miller. “The system can be customized to meet customer needs with the auger pieces based on the height of the silo and size of the auger.”

Heavy Duty and Durable

“The heavy-duty, hardened steel auger bits come in a variety of sizes to create a channel that allows material to flow easily,” adds Miller. “The mast is relatively lightweight yet durable, making it highly maneuverable for easy transport from silo to silo.”

Product Features

  • High-torque, variable-speed power head enables drilling in a variety of materials.
  • Auger sections have a heavy-duty flighted system with quick connect/disconnect features.
  • Durable, hardened steel auger bits are available in different sizes.
  • Highly maneuverable, relatively lightweight mast makes the system easy to use and transport.
