Hamer Fischbein began making automated bagging machines in 1982. Its 3597 Bag Pro automated open-mouth bagging system is designed for integration with an electronic net weight bagging scale or auger filling system to create an exceptional bagging system.
According to Gordon Penman, sales manager-yeast division, “The 3597 Bag Pro automatically picks and positions the empty bag on the filler spout, fills the bag with product, and immediately directs the filled bag to the bag closing station. This is a fully integrated bagging system that’s compatible with a wide range of products, and it can fill up to 18 bags per minute.”
“The 3597 Bag Pro has an excellent footprint,” says Penman, “and when customers need space during automating, it can easily slide into tighter spaces, especially in older mills.
“It’s also easy on the bag-sealing process and can serve as a pacing machine for the entire process to palletization,” he adds.
