Applied Power Products • 888-FOR-BELT

Conveyor belting uses high tensile strength to prevent breakage

For more than 65 years, Applied Power Products has served the grain industry by providing conveyor and bucket elevator belting used in grain elevators and terminals.

According to Belting Division General Manager Angela Field, “The Continental Pathfinder Plus Supreme belting provides the highest oil resistance in the industry to ensure longer life for our customers, and the tensile strength is greater than competitors’ belting to resist breaking.”

Made in the United States

“Our belting supplier, Continental Tire, manufactures in state of the art production facilities,” she says. “The grain belting we provide is manufactured in the United States so our customers can be assured we provide products that meet the demands of their applications.

“We’re proud to be Continental Select’s largest grain belt distributor.”

According to Field, the Continental Pathfinder Plus Supreme belting features a rubber compound that is much more resistant to the swelling effects of oil and ensures adhesion throughout the life of the product.

In addition, she says, Applied Power Products is now stocking the Pathfinder Plus Supreme belting in a hefty four-ply, 1000 PIW strength for high-capacity applications.
