Dryer Control System Provides Simple Monitoring, Control for Brock Dryers

Brock Grain Systems is offering its new INTUI-DRY™ grain dryer control on all new dryers sold in 2019.

The new system provides on-farm and commercial grain operators with simplified monitoring and control of their Brock grain dryers and replaces Brock’s Quantum® and Spectrum® dryer controls.

According to John Tuttle, director of sales, United States and Canada, “The INTUI-DRY controller uses the same proven Brock drying algorithms but gives operators more control, improved reliability, and ease of use. Sensors measure temperature and moisture, and the system automatically adjusts drying temperature and dryer unload rate to achieve the optimum moisture target.”

User-friendly Touchscreen

“The controller features a more modular design, robust components for easy maintenance, and a very intuitive and user-friendly touchscreen interface to make changes,” he adds. “The automated system is crucial for accuracy and drying efficiency, and prevents overdrying.”
