Grain Recovery Machine Improves Safety and Efficiency

Early in 2017, Global Fabrication introduced the Grain Recovery Machine.

According to Engineering Manger Chris Jacob, with its 40,000-bph capacity, it is the fastest way to pick up a temporary storage pile.

“The Grain Recovery Machine features a climate-controlled cab on a track on the conveyor that allows the operator to choose the best vantage point for maximum visibility,” says Jacob.

“Enabling excellent sightlines improves safety and allows grain to be moved more efficiently. The spout rotates 360 degrees with telescoping sections to provide truck loading in any position.”

Move Grain Efficiently

“The unit’s 24-inch augers feed a 54-inch-wide high-flight conveyor to move grain efficiently while preserving quality.” he explains. “Four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering enable quick and easy positioning in poor conditions without getting stuck, and the Grain Recovery Machine can load a semi trailer in about 90 seconds.”
