Adjustable Safety Gate Fits 95% of Openings

Since 1988, KC Supply has provided a wide range of bulk material conveying equipment and safety supplies to the grain industry. In the summer of 2019, the company introduced its newest product – EdgeHalt™ adjustable safety gate.

According to General Manager Dan Howe, “The patent-pending EdgeHalt safety gate is adjustable to fit openings from 18-36 inches, so it covers 95% of gate openings. Our customers can order one gate instead of six or seven different size gates. It also inverts to swing left or right to further simplify gate purchasing and installation.”

Code Compliant

“The code-compliant EdgeHalt is CE-marked and meets OSHA, ANSI, Canada OHS, and CSA requirements for fixed ladder openings in grain elevators,” says Howe. “The self-closing safety gate is always in place to protect employees from dangerous falls.”
