Liftwire enhances ability to plan, prioritize, track shipments

Introduced in early 2018, Liftwire is a digital portal that provides tools to easily manage shipment, carrier, and origin/destination information. Liftwire delivers a range of information on one screen, including loads to ship and communication with drivers.

According to Co-founder Trey Murphy, “Liftwire is a messaging platform that allows users to easily send text messages and pictures of tickets. There is no mobile app to download, and it uses technology that is familiar to drivers. Liftwire enhances the ability of merchandisers to manage drivers by organizing all important information in one place.”

Manage Shipment Information

“The shipment dashboard provides a single point of access to easily manage shipment information,” explains Murphy, “and it enhances the ability to plan, prioritize, and track shipments. The messaging portal provides a direct communication channel with carriers via text messaging. Liftwire provides the ability to manage shipment documents and easily share them with customers, carriers, and team members.”
