Brandt ... Grain Vacs

Brandt Agricultural Products offers a full line of grain handling equipment, including augers, belt conveyors, carts, bagging and unloading equipment, and grain vacs.

According to Regional Sales Manager Hans Rasmussen, “Our grain vacs have a proven track record of performance and low maintenance. Most grain vacs use positive displacement with an airlock. We separate grain from the air stream in a vacuum chamber without using an airlock to provide gentler grain handling, lower maintenance and grain handling costs, and reduced noise.”

5,200-bph model. “The 5200 is extremely power efficient,” says Rasmussen, “capable of moving up to 5,200 bph (full bin scenario) with only 70 hp. It offers convenience features to take the guesswork out of maximizing the potential of your vac. It uses an adjustable spring-loaded airflow restrictor to minimize engine swells and reduce stress on the tractor.”

1,300-hp model. “The 1300 delivers maximum performance with gentle handling when separating product from the airstream,” he adds. “An innovative cone separator requires no moving parts to separate grain from the air stream and direct it away from the fan inlet, while still allowing unrestricted airflow. An air equalizer elbow balances the flow of air over the cone separator and into the fan, allowing for maximum efficiency and capacity.

“For easier bin unloading,” he says, “the patented 8-inch MaxFlo nozzle has lightweight aluminum construction and easily adjusts to match the required hose length, automatically balancing the intake of air and grain for maximum capacity without any guesswork.”
