Founded in April 2020 by six charter companies in the grain industry, Roger LLC is a digital freight ecosystem provider that works to create direct integration with systems for shippers and carriers.

According to CEO Jeff Schreiner, Roger software is designed to make bulk freight trucking less complicated and time-consuming.

Neutral and Secure Solution

“This part of the industry hadn’t changed in 40 years,” says Schreiner. “It was really manual and fragmented, so we saw an opportunity to create a neutral and secure solution that uses technology to organize data, create efficiencies, and connect shippers and carriers in a new, more transparent way.

“Roger’s vision,” he explains, “is to help shippers and carriers unlock bulk freight networks and replace paperwork. We’ve reduced float from 12-17 days on average to two days.”

• Drivers simply snap a photo of a load ticket, and it’s saved in the app.

• Users automatically receive updates when a trucker uploads critical load/unload data on the desktop dashboard.

• Once a haul is complete, carriers may request payment directly from shippers within the app.

• Integration with major industry ERPs allows for seamless data integration.

• Roger Locators mapping feature provides a real-time, visual look at load location and status.

• Carriers can quickly find and book loads and identify backhaul opportunities to reduce or eliminate deadhead mileage.
