Romer Labs Offers Test Kit for Ochratoxin A Detection

A global supplier of diagnostic solutions for food and feed safety, Romer Labs offers a range of testing solutions covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, and other food contaminants.

In May, the company introduced the AgraStrip® ochratoxin A WATEX® test kit for the detection of ochratoxin A.

“With an extraction time of two minutes and an assay time of three minutes, this test kit combines convenience and reliability,” says Product Manager Nora Kogelnik. “The AgraStrip kit combines a quantitation range of 0-100 ppb with an assay time of just three minutes.”

Convenient and Fast

“AgraStrip kits share the same water-based extraction procedure,” says Kogelnik, “which makes it convenient and fast to test for five mycotoxins (ochratoxin A, vomitoxin, aflatoxin, fumonisin, zearalenone) from the same extraction,” adds Kogelnik.
