Best mentor: The late Kevin Miles brought me into this industry 14 years ago. I knew nothing of the agricultural industry at the time, but he had faith in me and took a chance. Thanks to him, I learned a ton about the specifics of our business and so much more. I will always be grateful for the opportunity that he has given me and the knowledge that he passed down
