GSI to Feature New GrainVue Grain Management System at GEAPS Exchange 2023

GSI will feature its new GrainVue grain management system in the GEAPS Exchange 2023 Expo Hall Feb. 26-28 in Kansas City, MO.

The system enables commercial grain facilities to efficiently monitor their bins to protect the quality and value of stored grain. It utilizes the latest digital cable technology to accurately check grain temperature and moisture, automatically activating fans to help prevent out-of-condition issues. The system also keeps track of grain inventory and provides early detection of carbon dioxide, which could indicate the presence of mold and mycotoxins.

GrainVue uses cloud-based connectivity that enables remote management using a mobile or desktop device. With automatic updates and alerts, one person can manage multiple bins at multiple sites.

Other GSI grain products and technologies to be featured at GEAPS Exchange include:

• The BinRite Grain Identification System, which prevents the accidental mixing of different grains and oilseeds, which can be a costly and stressful problem at commercial grain operations. It utilizes advanced sensors, mounted in multiple locations throughout the conveying system, to analyze hundreds of images per second to identify corn, soybeans and red wheat with 99% accuracy, and to verify the correct grain is being sent to each bin. BinRite uses the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve over time.

GSI Select and GSI Select IS belt conveyors, which allow commercial grain operators to customize their conveyors with the right sizes, layouts, capacities, options and accessories. Options are also available for commercial-grade features for their application, such as wear liners and bearings. Operators have greater flexibility because each size conveyor can use a variety of chains, supporting longer conveyors than ever before.

EVO 50 grain bins, which are engineered to keep the elements outside so commercial grain operations can earn more from what’s inside. The bin design offers stronger connections that minimize the number of bolts needed, which means fewer holes. The optimized bolt pattern combined with an advanced sealing system means water has fewer chances to get in.
