The GEAPS Foundation has elected Darren Zink, global product manager, Fill-Rite, as chairman for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. The election came at the Association’s annual meeting held November 28, 2023. In taking office, Zink thanked outgoing chair Mark Fedje with General Mills for his dedicated service to the organization and years of unwavering support. Zink added “as we look back many decades from now, please let it be known that our achievements would not have been possible without Mark’s leadership.”
The group elected David Krejci, past GEAPS and GEAPS Foundation executive, as president. Robert Taylor, Cargill, and Tim Sullivan, retired from Landus, were respectively re-elected to the roles of secretary and treasurer. GEAPS Foundation officers serve one-year terms.
