Texas Grain & Feed Association Appoints Robert L. Braden as President/CEO

Robert L. Braden has been appointed President/Chief Executive Officer for the Texas Grain & Feed Association.

In his new position, Braden will be responsible for the general administration and management of the association office, based in Forth Worth, TX.

Essential functions will include a renewed focus on member engagement as well as continued representation of membership interest in local, state, and national governments.

He reports directly to the TGFA Board of Directors.

Braden is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Concho Valley Commodities, Inc., 2000-2012.

In 2012, he transitioned to the senior Texas merchandising manager role for the Scoular Company until 2020.

He comes to TGFA from a general manager position at Uvalde County Farmers Cooperative.

He has served as a board director for STX Country Elevator Assn., Texas Agricultural Cooperative Council as well as the Texas Grain & Feed Assn.
