It doesn't matter what your job title is; GEAPS Leadership Conference is about discovering and nurturing leadership qualities within all of us.

With a theme of “Leading a Culture of Safety,” GEAPS Leadership Conference will help attendees learn the philosophy of Servant Leadership, where leadership isn’t about you, but the people you lead.

The conference will also feature in-depth breakout sessions on practical methods for safety training, conflict management and purposeful presence.

There will be two solid days of great sessions led by a dynamic group of speakers hand-picked by GEAPS volunteer members.

The conference will feature leadership education and fun social events.

There will also be a Supplier Showcase.

In addition to the great educational programming, we are planning a great social event the first night of the conference at Billy Bob's Texas.

It's an a la carte event, so you'll have to pay $50 to attend, but we promise it will be worth it.

Billy Bob's Texas is famous in these parts—it's known as the world's largest honky tonk!

Admission comes with great food, a couple drinks, line dancing lessons and some of the most fun you've ever had while networking!

GEAPS' new leader, John Caupert, is excited to attend the conference and hopes you'll join him there!

Participating in the Supplier Showcase at GEAPS Leadership Conference is an ideal opportunity for vendors to have some quality conversations with decision makers. While the crowds at GEAPS Leadership Conference are much smaller than GEAPS Exchange, so are the distractions. The Showcase is open over breakfast and lunch both days of the conference giving you access to decision makers when they have time to ponder those purchases and giving YOU time to take part in the conference while networking with leaders in our industry.
