What is the NGFA Trade Rules Seminar?
NGFA’s Trading, Trade Rules and Arbitration Seminar is a biennial seminar that provides attendees with a primer on contracting and trading and is designed for those involved in trading operations or responsible for merchandising grains, feed and feed ingredients.
The seminar uses case studies to provide a working knowledge of trade and contracting principles and includes sessions on trade rules application, an attorney-led panel discussion on the legal principles of contracting and trading, and a primer on NGFA Arbitration.
