AFIA Is Hosting Facility Inspection Package Training on Wed., Jan. 25, at 2023 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE)

Are you responsible for preparing export certificates or readying your facilities for inspections for rendered products, animal-based feed or pet food? Join us for an interactive training and Q&A session with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS).

The American Feed Industry Association is hosting a Facility Inspection Package Training on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at the 2023 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE).

Hear directly from APHIS staff on how to better prepare packets for submission and facilities for inspections. All AFIA attendees are eligible to register for the training with a coupon code, which can be obtained by emailing Daisy Rodriguez, AFIA's registrations and events specialist.

Online registration for the Facility Inspection Package Training by USDA-APHIS is now open via the IPPE website. Interested individuals are encouraged to register by Jan. 6 to receive the early-bird rate of $260. After that, the registration increases to $300. AFIA, PFI and NARA members can receive a discounted rate of $110 for early-bird registration and $150 for the regular rate by using the coupon code.
