Gamet Manufacturing was founded by Dean Gamet in his Richfield, MN garage in 1937 fabricating brass grain probes and sample dividers.

Now located in nearby Brooklyn Park, MN, the company manufactures and sells truck probes, bulk and quality control samplers, lab dividers and the VAC-A-SAMPLE® pneumatic sampling probe to the grain, feed, and seed industries.

According to Sales and Marketing Manager Tyler Gehl, Gamet was integral in developing the first diverter-type sampling systems in the 1960s. “These systems are still the industry standard today.”

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Technology

“Strategic acquisitions enabled Gamet to revolutionize the sampling of inbound truckloads of grain,” explains Gehl. “These acquisitions include Iowa Grain Probe and Equipment and JaHam Sales and Service. These acquisitions added the Apollo and JaHam truck probe lines to Gamet’s product offering.”

Quality and Customer Service

“Gamet is known for high-quality products and excellent customer service,” says Gehl. “Our vision is to use state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to produce the widest-range, best-performing, and most reliable sampling systems.

“From the first manual probe samplers to today’s automatic versions, Gamet has always offered excellent workmanship and performance,” he adds. “Our systems are designed to meet grain and meal sampling performance regulations established by North American regulatory agencies.”
