Since 2002, S & K Packaging has provided customers with reconditioned flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs), which are designed to hold 2,000 pounds of dry, flowable material, including soybeans, corn, sugar, sand, and flour.
According to Owner Shawn Stackis, “Because our FIBCs are reusable, they’re a sustainable solution that works great. They’re made of extremely tough polypropylene, can hold up to 2,000 pounds of dry flowable material, and are easy to move on a pallet or with a forklift.”
“We recondition all of our FIBCs,” says Stackis, “so they’re reusable for their next job. We arrange pickup, clean them, tie the bottoms, and fix any imperfections to ensure they’re good to go on to the next job.
“We’re excited and proud to offer our customers a cost-effective, closed-loop system that promotes sustainability,” he adds.
